     I understand the general terms & conditions of The Sports Lure Travel Adventures as well as the cancellation policies.  I am responsible for carrying a valid passport and/or photo ID while traveling and I accept the foreign entry requirements.  Passports and Visas are the responsibility of each client.

     I herewith will be also responsible for all members that are traveling with me.
