General Disclaimer:
In all matters relating to the making of arrangements for hotel and/or motel
accommodations, sightseeing tours and services provided incidental thereto, entertainment
and transportation by air, railroad, motor bus, automobile or steamship, The Sports Lure
Travel Adventures, and its subsidiaries act only in the capacity of an agent for the
airlines, hotels/motels/B&B’s and other suppliers stated in the tour literature
describing the services purchased.
Because of its status as an agent and because it maintains no control over the personnel,
equipment or operations of these travel service suppliers, The Sports Lure Travel
Adventures and its subsidiaries assume no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for
any personal injury, property damage or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or
irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of (1) any wrongful, negligent or
unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any of the suppliers, (2) any wrongful,
negligent or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employee of any of these
suppliers, (3) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrument owned,
operated or otherwise used by any other party not under the supervision and control,
direct or otherwise, of the Sports Lure Travel Adventures any and all disputes concerning
this contract, the tours & trips or any other advertising material concerning your
trip or the trip itself must be resolved exclusively between the parties by submitting the
dispute or claim to binding arbitration in
the State of Wyoming, pursuant to the then current and applicable rules of the American
Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s decision and award shall be binding upon
both parties. No suit at law or in equity based on such dispute, claim or controversy
shall be instituted by either party, except to enforce the award of the arbitrator.
Tour price:
Is based on costs and exchange rates as of February . Should these costs change a
surcharge may be made on the price of your vacation. It excludes fuel surcharges and does
not apply to any taxes, charges or levies imposed by any government or their agencies. In
exchange for these guarantees no refund will be made if costs are reduced. All prices are
in US$ unless otherwise specified.
The tour price includes all accommodations, daily meals, daily guided services, all
transfers from/to the airport, places of interest and hotel taxes.
Not included in tour price:
Costs of obtaining passports or visas, personal expenses such as beverages, laundry and
room service, gratuities, excess baggage fees, communication charges, airport departure
taxes. Baggage is at the owner’s risk throughout the tour.
Tour Cancellations:
Sports Lure Travel Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements
or circumstances beyond its control.
Please note that The Sports Lure Travel Adventures is not liable for any cancellation
penalties incurred on air tickets purchased separately. If this occurs, every effort
will be made to offer alternate dates and/or programs.
Cancellation Charges:
If you need to transfer or cancel for any reason prior to tour departure, the cancellation
fees will be as follows:
More
than 60 days prior to departure: a non-refundable deposit will be retained
60 – 16 days prior to departure: 20 % of total price
15- 01 day prior to departure: 40 % of total price
Day of departure and after: 100% of total
price
Airline
tickets are non-refundable and subject to the airline policies.
Payments:
Within 5 days of booking a tour, a non-refundable deposit must be sent to the Sports Lure
Travel Adventures:
US$ 25.00 per person on tours under 5 days except cruises
and cruise tours
US$ 100.00 per person on North American tours, of 5 days or more
US$ 250.00 per person for all international tours, cruises and cruise tours
The
balance is due 60 days before departure on all tours we offer.
Airline tickets must be paid in full at time of booking!
Payments may be made by charging to clients’ Mastercard, Visa, American Express or
Discover (card imprint and signature required)
Revision fees:
A handling fee of $ 25.00
per transaction will be assessed for any change of revision made to a reservation. A
change of departure date within 90 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation and
cancellation charges will apply.
Limits on Sports Lure Travel Adventures:
The Sports Lure Travel
Adventures is a Wyoming company situated in Buffalo, Wyoming. It purchases transportation,
hotel accommodations, restaurant and guiding or other services from various independent
suppliers that are not subject to its control. The Sports Lure Travel Adventures
cannot, therefore, be liable for death, personal injury or any other loss that may occur
(1) due to any act or omission of any such supplier, (2) by reason of any other event over
which it has no control.
Published times
on itineraries are as accurate as possible but subject to change due to traffic, weather,
mechanical and any other conditions beyond The Sports Lure Travel Adventures control that
prevent The Sports Lure Travel Adventures from operating as scheduled.
Assumption of risk:
The traveler understands that travel
itself may be dangerous and involves the risk of serious injury and/or death or property
damages. The Traveler for himself, his personal representatives, heirs, does hereby
release, discharge, waive and covenants not to sue The Sports Lure Travel Adventures, its
officers or members, from any claim or demand on account of injury to person or property
resulting in death of the traveler under this contract. The Traveler hereby assumes
full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury, death or property damage while
participating the travel activities.
All rates on foreign tours are subject to fluctuations of currency and may be changed when
necessary without advance notice prior to deposit.
All rates published are per person as indicated and are based on double occupancy when
only one rate is shown. Reservations will be accepted subject to availability at the time
of a request and will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of a minimum deposit.
The Sports Lure Travel Adventures does not accept liability in the case of any passengers
being denied boarding by any airline carrier due to the carrier’s overbooking of a
flight.
Maps and Photos:
Maps shown on tour pages are current at the time of printing and may not reflect actual
tour routing should the tour change. Photos shown on tour pages are reflective of the area
(s) visited, but may not be included in the actual tour itinerary.
Things to know before you go:
Passports & Visas:
All passengers are required to carry a photo ID and/or passport when traveling inside and
outside the US, and it is the responsibility of each passenger to have a passport valid
for the entire duration of their trip, including appropriate visas.
Tour documents:
Your tour documents will
be send to your prior to departure. Please read this information carefully as it contains
essential information and helpful advice.
Baggage Allowance and Porterage:
Porterage for one
suitcase on tour is included in the tour price and at arrival or departure from each tour
hotel. Due to limited coach capacity this single bag should have a weight not exceeding
76cm (30in) x 46 cm (18in) x 25 cm (10in). Charges will be levied in the event these
limits are exceeded and out commitment and transport or as indicated may be invalidated.
Complaints Procedure:
Should you have a
complaint in respect of your holidays, you should inform your Sports Lure Travel
Adventures. Tour Director or Representative during the course of your holiday. If the
matter cannot be resolved after the representative’s best endeavors to do so during
the holidays, your complaint should be made in writing to The Sports Lure Travel
Adventures within 2 weeks after the holiday.
