Day 1
  • Depart for Windhoek, Namibia

Day 3
  • Arrival Windhoek
  • Transfer from International Airport to Heinitzburg Hotel
  • Afternoon city sightseeing tour
  • Dinner at the famous Joe's Beer House
Day 4
  • Breakfast at the Hotel
  • Depart by light aircraft to the border of Etosha National Park
  • Transfer to Ongawa Lodge
  • Afternoon:  Enjoy a wildlife 4X4 jeep safari
  • Dinner at the lodge
Day 5
  • Breakfast at the lodge
  • Depart the lodge and and fly westward up the Huab River to the Skeleton Coast Park
  • See the countless shipwrecks and the famous Cape Fur seal colony at Cape Cross
  • Arrival at the coastal town of Swakopmund
  • Transfer to the beautiful old colonial style Hotel Swakopmund
  • Dinner at the Hotel
Day 6
  • Breakfast at the Hotel
  • Depart early in the morning for Walvis Bay (20 miles south of Swakopmund)
  • Enjoy a boat ride and pet and feed the seals that are jumping on board, or watch the pelicans next to the boat.   A variety of birds, flamingos and herds of comorons will be watched.  Fresh oysters, champagne, snacks and refreshments will be served on board at the seal colony where dolphins join the fun around the boat.
  • Transfer back to Swakopmund
  • Discover the shops in town and explore the area or walk along the beach.
  • Dinner at the Hotel
Day 7
  • After breakfast, depart by plane to Sandwich Harbor to its famous lagoon.
  • Transfer to the Kalula Desert Lodge near Sossusvlei
  • Afternoon depart with a 4X4 vehicle to the very end of the Tsauchab River to Sossusvlei to climb the highest dunes in the world!
  • Dinner at the lodge
  • At night, enjoy "sleep under the stars" on the specially constructed roof
Day 8
  • Depart for a balloon ride (optional at US $250).  Don't miss this unforgettable experience and the spectacular view!
  • From a bird's view, enter into the immensity of the Namib Desert painted by the rising sun!
  • After the balloon ride, celebrate this unique experience with a champagne breakfast at the landing spot and receive your own balloon ride certificate!
  • Depart by plane to the Canyon Lodge nearby the famous Fish River Canyon
  • Hike arounf at the nearby Quiver Trees and impressive rock formations catered for the hiking enthusiast
  • Dinner at the lodge
Day 9
  • Early breakfast
  • Depart on a guided tour to Fish River Canyon
  • Later that morning, depart by plane to the Intu Afrika Lodge inthe heart of the Kalahari Desert
  • Afternoon, depart for a 4X4 open jeep wildlife safari at the game reserve.  View the wildlife like the oryx antelopes, wildebeests, giraffes and lions
  • Dinner at the Camelthorn Lodge outside next to the bonfire
Day 10
  • Early morning depart for a "bushman walk" where you will learn more about the traditional way of life ans survival of therse indigenous people.  Find the different animal tracks and learn how to read them or learn more about how to stay healthy and search successfully for food and how to preserve and hide food resources!
  • After the walk, an open 4X4 vehicle will take you to a champagne breakfast under a Camelthorn tree in the middle of the Kalahari Desert!
  • After breakfast, depart for the Windhoek International Airport
  • Depart to the US
Day 11
  • Arrival the US
