Day 2

- Hong Kong Island Tour
- Lunch at typical Hong Kong Restaurant
- Visit Stanley Market with efficient public transport
- Dinner at Tables 88, Stanley
Day 3 - Lantau Island Tour by public ferry
- Visit Po Lin Monastery with public bus
- Hike along beautiful trails back to bus station
- Take bus ride to Tai-O (old fishing village)
- Relax at Cheng Cha Beach
- Ferry ride back to Hong Kong Island
- Dinner at Peking Garden Restaurant watch for the noodle maker and eat delicious and famous Peking duck!
Day 4

- Kowloon Peninsula Tour including: Bird’s Market, Jade Market, Nathan Road
- Visit Kowloon Park and attend Tai Chi class from a master
- Lunch at Mongolian Barbecue Restaurant
- Cruise to Fishing village and have dinner
Day 5

- Cheung Chau Island Tour
- Walking tour thru fishing village
- Lunch at local fish restaurant
- Ferry ride back to Hong Kong Island
- Visit famous Temple Street (night market)
Day 6

- Visit the traditional Hong Kong Island
- Enjoy longest escalator ride you have ever had
- Shop in nearby antique stores
- Take a tram ride from Sheung Wan to Causeway Bay and enjoy the atmosphere
Day 7

- Take train ride to Hong Kong Airport
- Departure from Hong Kong
- Arrival to the US
